Join us at East Wake Academy on Saturday, April 23, 2022 from 10-2 for our Craft Market. All vendor fees will benefit our specials departments. You keep what you sell. Vendor fees are non-refundable. See below for our rules and guidelines. If you choose to not follow the rules and guidelines we reserve the right to ask you to leave and you will not be allowed to participate in future events. This is a rain or shine event.

By applying to be a vendor, you hereby release and forever discharge East Wake Academy, EWA PAL (PTA), employees and volunteers from any responsibility, claims, loss or damages while at the market.
Only one(1) vendor type will be allowed (ex. Scentsy, Tupperware, Thirty-One, etc.).
Vendor Fee is $75 for space (10x15). Fees are non-refundable. Vendors supply own tables, chairs, tents, etc.
NO ELECTRICTY will be supplied.
Event will be held outdoors so plan accordingly. The market will only be canceled due to severe weather or a complete rain out.
This is a family event for all ages so please keep that in mind.
There will be a designated vendor parking area. All vendors must be checked in prior to going to their assigned spot. Unload and then park vehicle prior to setting up. Breakdown and pack up items BEFORE bringing vehicle in for loading.
All vendors are responsible for removing items and any trash from their area; this event will be held on school property so please help us keep it clean.
SETUP & BREAKDOWN:
Vendor setup/check-in will begin at 8:00am on Saturday morning. Anyone arriving after 9:30am will have to carry items to spot. Show is from 10am-2pm. Breakdown time begins at 2pm and not beforehand.
FOOD & BEVERAGE:
Food trucks will be on site for purchase.
RESTROOMS:
Restrooms will be available. Masks must be worn when inside the building.
